Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation for potential travel to other properties
  • Ability to handle multiple phone calls and interactions simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with local area resources and vendors helpful
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with team members
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to the appropriate team members and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule including payment and cleanliness, manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Maintain detailed local area information including restaurants, shops, and delivery services
  • Build and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
