Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or resident relations
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or support
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or resident services role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Familiarity with local area amenities and resources
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team member and assist with completed service request callbacks
- Maintain the guest suite schedule and coordinate loading dock and elevator use for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready prior to office opening each morning
- Manage package deliveries including documentation and resident notification within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, or other community services provided
- Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed local area information for residents and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
