Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on call
- Ability to work inside and outside in varied weather conditions
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or to assist other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or resident services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using phone systems and office software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- Answer and route phone calls to appropriate team members and assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedules, oversee payment and cleanliness, and manage loading dock or elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in optimal condition before the leasing office opens each morning
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for community services such as equipment rentals and dry cleaning
- Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep updated information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
