Job Requirements

  • Open availability Monday through Sunday between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior concierge or front desk experience in luxury hotel setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Hilton
  • Minimum one year experience in concierge or front desk role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong email etiquette
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Demonstrated professionalism and dependability

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, medical care
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
  • Respond to special requests for services including dentists, doctors, child care, florists
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
