Job Requirements
- Prior experience with Hilton
- Open availability Monday through Sunday between 7am and 11pm
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in concierge or front desk role within a hotel
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong email etiquette
- Ability to adapt and be open to change
- Knowledge of hotel services and local area
Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, event tickets, restaurant reservations and medical care
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
- Respond to special requests such as dentists, doctors, child care and florists
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
