Job Requirements

  • Prior experience with Hilton
  • Open availability Monday through Sunday between 7am and 11pm
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor
  • Basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in concierge or front desk role within a hotel
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong email etiquette
  • Ability to adapt and be open to change
  • Knowledge of hotel services and local area

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, event tickets, restaurant reservations and medical care
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
  • Respond to special requests such as dentists, doctors, child care and florists
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
