Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a concierge or front desk role
  • Previous employment within Hilton preferred
  • Experience working in luxury hotel settings
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible availability to work between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Monday through Sunday
  • Ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling guest information

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a concierge or front desk role within a Hilton hotel
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong adaptability and openness to change
  • Proficient email etiquette
  • Ability to work flexible shifts with open availability
  • Commitment to Hilton's core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests upon request
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
  • Respond to special service requests including dentists, doctors, child care, florists
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, courteously and efficiently
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as necessary
