Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a concierge or front desk role
- Previous employment within Hilton preferred
- Experience working in luxury hotel settings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability to work between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Monday through Sunday
- Ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently
- Professionalism and discretion in handling guest information
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a concierge or front desk role within a Hilton hotel
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong adaptability and openness to change
- Proficient email etiquette
- Ability to work flexible shifts with open availability

Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests upon request
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
- Respond to special service requests including dentists, doctors, child care, florists
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, courteously and efficiently
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as necessary
