Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality particularly in concierge or front desk roles
- Prior experience working with Hilton brand preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently
- Knowledge of local area and services
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a concierge or front desk role within a Hilton hotel
- Experience working in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong email etiquette
- Ability to adapt and be open to change
- Demonstrated commitment to Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency
- Professionalism and guest-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations and medical care
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special requests such as dentists, doctors, child care, florists and others
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as necessary
