Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in hotel concierge or front desk roles
- Prior experience with Hilton brand preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience with Hilton or a luxury hotel environment
- At least one year in a concierge or front desk role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong email etiquette
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Ability to manage guest requests efficiently and courteously
Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, operating hours, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special service requests such as dentists, doctors, child care, and florists
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
