Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in hotel concierge or front desk roles
  • Prior experience with Hilton brand preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Hilton or a luxury hotel environment
  • At least one year in a concierge or front desk role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong email etiquette
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Ability to manage guest requests efficiently and courteously

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, operating hours, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
  • Respond to special service requests such as dentists, doctors, child care, and florists
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
