Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Background and drug screening
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional discretion
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible schedule including Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Successful completion of drug screening
- Successful completion of background screening
- Completion of all government I-9 requirements
- Combination of education, experience, and training is considered

Job Duties
- Greet customers at the front desk/cashier counter in a pleasant and professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when answering phones
- Compute customer bills
- Receive customer cash, checks, and credit card payments
- Record amount received accurately
- Issue accurate receipts to customers
- Provide cash refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise
- Operate cash register
- Reconcile cash drawer daily
- Refer customers with questions to the service advisor or appropriate individual
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Maintain and file repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms
- Close all open invoices
- Assist service and parts department with telephone coverage
- Provide clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and service departments
- Work with the department manager to keep product and service information current
- Maintain professional discretion
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
