Job Duties
- Assist residents with package management ensuring timely and accurate delivery and retrieval
- Act as a central point of contact for residents addressing inquiries and coordinating services to meet their needs
- Provide a layer of security by monitoring building access and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Assist visitors by offering directions and information ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Coordinate maintenance requests liaising with service providers to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of issues
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the building's services and amenities to effectively assist residents and visitors
- Foster a positive and professional relationship with residents enhancing their overall experience within the building
