Job Duties
- assist residents with package management ensuring timely and accurate delivery and retrieval
- act as a central point of contact for residents addressing inquiries and coordinating services to meet their needs
- provide a layer of security by monitoring building access and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
- assist visitors by offering directions and information ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- coordinate maintenance requests liaising with service providers to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of issues
- maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the building's services and amenities to effectively assist residents and visitors
- foster a positive and professional relationship with residents enhancing their overall experience within the building
