Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- pass an extensive screening process
- possess exceptional customer service skills
- be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- have security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- hold a state guard license if required
- have at least 1 year of security experience
- have at least 1 year in a leadership position

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and verify identities
- guide visitors and provide customer service
- manage access control procedures
- perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- respond to incidents and provide first aid
- coordinate with emergency teams
- answer questions in person and by phone
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- oversee site operations during scheduled shift
