- Guard Card required
- valid driver’s license
- clean motor vehicle record
- authorization to work in the U.S.
- high school diploma or GED documentation
- pass background check and drug screening
- capable of working specified shifts
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to write clear reports
- physical ability to perform patrols
Job Qualifications
- have an Arizona Guard License
- have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- able to provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- able to pass an extensive screening process
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
Job Duties
- customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- manage access control
- perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- answer questions in person or by phone
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
