- valid BSIS Guard Card or ability to obtain during hiring
- high school diploma or GED
- pass background check and drug screening
- physical ability to perform security duties
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- authorized to work in the U.S
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
- state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- completion of 32-hour BSIS security training
Job Duties
- Welcome and guide visitors
- verify identity of individuals
- manage access control
- perform regular patrols
- inspect and report on security equipment
- respond to incidents and emergencies
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
