Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome, verify identities, and guide visitors with excellent customer service
- Manage access control and monitor entry points
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Inspect and report on the condition of security equipment
- Respond to incidents promptly, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency response teams
- Answer queries both in person and over the phone
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns effectively
- Ensure the safety and protection of people and property at all times
