Job Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors with a customer service focus
- verify identities and manage access control
- perform regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report any maintenance issues
- respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- answer questions in person and over the phone
- write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
