Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
authorization to work in the U.S.
ability to pass background check and drug screening
excellent customer service skills
basic computer and phone proficiency
state security license if applicable
prior security or related experience preferred

Job Duties

Welcome guests and verify identity
manage access control to premises
conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
respond to incidents and provide first aid as necessary
coordinate with emergency response teams
answer security-related questions in person and by phone
write clear and detailed incident reports
ensure safety and protection of property and individuals
