Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
authorized to work in the U.S.
ability to pass extensive background screening and drug test
excellent customer service ability
basic phone and computer skills
willingness to work part-time, weekend night shifts
possession of a valid state license if applicable

proficiency in basic phone and computer use
prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
possession of state security license if required

Job Duties

Welcome and engage visitors with exceptional customer service
verify identities and manage access control
conduct regular patrols to detect and mitigate potential risks
inspect and report on security equipment
respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing first aid if necessary
answer questions in person or over the phone courteously
write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
ensure overall safety and protection of individuals and property
