Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of previous security, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of previous security, hospitality, or customer service experience with luxury residential or hotel experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
- Customer service mindset with ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure or emergencies
- Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for report writing and incident documentation
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Previous experience in luxury residential or boutique hotel environments preferred
- Knowledge of Downtown Pittsburgh area preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity
- Provide white-glove concierge services including greeting residents and guests, managing package deliveries, coordinating vendor access, and fulfilling resident requests
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas including interior, exterior, and parking to ensure safety and security
- Monitor security systems, alarms, access control, and surveillance equipment as required
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances following company protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of all incidents and suspicious activity accurately in daily reports
- Assist residents with directions, recommendations, and general inquiries about the building and Pittsburgh area
- Enforce building policies and procedures with tact and diplomacy
- Coordinate with building management and maintenance teams regarding safety concerns
