Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process including background and drug checks
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work the scheduled part-time shifts including weekends nights
- Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations
- Maintain physical fitness to perform patrol duties
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Possess proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
- Hold security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred
- Maintain a state license if required
Job Duties
- Provide customer service duties like welcoming visitors and verifying identity
- Manage access control and guide visitors within premises
- Perform regular patrols to detect and report potential security risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to incidents including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency services
- Answer questions in person or by phone professionally and courteously
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
