Job Duties
- Provide customer service by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- manage access control at assigned posts
- conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks
- inspect and report maintenance needs of security equipment
- respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- administer first aid when necessary
- write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
