Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background and screening checks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Availability for part-time schedule

Job Duties
- Monitor building access by greeting and verifying visitors, contractors, and employees
- Patrol premises with routine interior and exterior checks to ensure safety and enforce policies
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical situations according to protocol
- Write detailed and professional reports documenting incidents, suspicious activity, and daily shift logs
- Enforce property rules by maintaining strict compliance with building regulations
- Maintain a professional front desk presence as the first point of contact in lobby or reception area
- Manage visitor registration, issue access passes, and direct guests appropriately
- Assist tenants and residents by providing information, handling minor complaints, and managing package deliveries
- Coordinate with building staff including maintenance, cleaning teams, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Provide concierge-level support managing amenity access in high-end environments
