- Good physical condition for standing and occasional exertion

- Ability to stay calm in emergencies

- Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence for residents and visitors
- Respond to inquiries and assist with immediate needs or concerns
- Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior premises
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
- Implement emergency procedures including evacuation and first aid
- Ensure clients and staff comply with company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Perform other duties as assigned
