Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good physical condition for standing and occasional exertion
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm in emergencies
  • Good observation skills
  • Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Keen observation and assessment skills
  • Proficiency in security monitoring equipment
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide a welcoming and professional presence for residents and visitors
  • Respond to inquiries and assist with immediate needs or concerns
  • Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior premises
  • Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents
  • Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
  • Implement emergency procedures including evacuation and first aid
  • Ensure clients and staff comply with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Perform other duties as assigned
