Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence for residents and visitors
- Respond to inquiries, offer directions, and assist with immediate needs or concerns
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior, to ensure safety and security
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to suspicious activity or alarms
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and safety issues
- Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly, taking appropriate action including contacting emergency services
- Enforce policies and procedures and address any violations professionally
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
