Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
ability to pass background check and drug screening
authorized to work in the U.S.
strong interpersonal and communication skills
availability to work scheduled shifts
maintain professional appearance with provided uniform
comply with state licensing requirements if applicable

Job Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.
able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
able to pass an extensive screening process
exceptional customer service skills
proficient in basic phone and computer skills
security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
hold a state security license if required

Job Duties

Welcome and verify identity of visitors
manage access control effectively
conduct regular security patrols to identify risks
inspect and report on security equipment maintenance needs
respond promptly to incidents and provide first aid
coordinate with emergency response teams
write and submit detailed incident reports
answer questions in person and by phone
ensure safety and protection of premises and individuals
