Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Have reliable communication skills
- Maintain physical ability to perform patrol duties
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Be available to work part-time shifts Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Possess a state license if required for the position
Job Duties
- Provide customer service by welcoming visitors and verifying identities
- Manage access control to ensure authorized entry
- Perform regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents with appropriate measures including first aid and emergency coordination
- Answer questions in person or by phone to assist visitors and staff
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
