Job Duties
- Monitor building access
- greet and verify visitors, contractors, and employees entering the premises
- patrol premises through routine interior and exterior strolls to ensure safety and enforce policies
- respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical situations following protocols
- write detailed incident reports, suspicious activity logs, and daily shift summaries professionally
- enforce property rules maintaining strict compliance with building regulations
- provide front desk presence as the first point of contact maintaining professionalism
- manage visitor registration, issue access passes, and appropriately direct guests
- assist tenants or residents by providing timely information, handling minor complaints, and managing package handling and deliveries
- coordinate with building staff including maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operational flow
- offer concierge-level support by managing amenity access in a high-end environment
