- Valid Connecticut Guard Card
- High school diploma or transcripts
- Superb customer service experience required
- Valid driver’s license if applicable

- Availability to work Friday to Monday 7 AM to 3 PM

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures
