- possess NY Guard Card FO1 or FO4
- exceptional customer service skills
- basic phone and computer proficiency
- ability to respond promptly to incidents
- maintain physical fitness for patrol duties

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and verify their identity
- guide guests and provide assistance
- manage access control to the premises
- conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks
- inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
