Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid NY Guard Card (FO1 or FO4)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Basic proficiency with phones and computers
- Willingness to work set shifts including evenings and nights
- Physical ability to perform patrols and respond to incidents
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Show proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
- Hold a valid NY Guard Card (FO1 or FO4)
- Possess security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred but not required)
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and verify their identity
- Guide visitors and provide information
- Manage access control and monitor entry points
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues
- Respond to incidents and provide first aid when necessary
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
