Job Duties
- Deliver personalized guest service including arranging dining transportation and activity reservations
- Share expert knowledge of local attractions ski services and seasonal events
- Assist with on-property activations and guest experiences
- Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance guest offerings
- Provide timely and professional responses to guest requests
- Uphold Hyatt's standards of excellence in guest interactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest services
