Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
  • Ability to use a general office equipment such as computer, telephone, fax machine, as well as other computer tracking systems used at the property
  • Should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
  • Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy

Job Duties

  • Meeting/greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors
  • Answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and/or instructions for the building
  • Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable
  • Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents
  • Inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues to the maintenance department
  • Assisting management with any request for residents in the building
  • Keeping lobby area, front desk and package are organized, neat and clean
  • Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management
  • Providing excellent customer service
