Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years experience in hotel concierge
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to quickly establish positive rapport
  • ability to cope with stress and multitask in a high volume environment
  • degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • bilingual abilities a plus
  • prior luxury hotel experience preferred

  • ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
  • above-average multi-tasking skills
  • degree in hospitality or similar preferred
  • bilingual candidates preferred
  • current Four Seasons employees preferred
  • prior experience in luxury hotel environment preferred

Job Duties

  • assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
  • know what activities are available in the city such as theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing and establish close contacts with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
  • handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • resolve customer complaints
  • assist customers in all inquiries about hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions
  • respond to all guest requests accurately and timely making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices
  • store and retrieve guest luggage and packages
  • utilize software programs to input special arrangements and ensure proper billing
  • process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
