Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
must have valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate or ability to obtain
minimum 1 year residential concierge or front desk security experience
strong customer service and communication skills
must be able to multitask and stay composed under pressure
capable of standing and walking for extended periods
able to work independently
must pass drug screening and background check
must be at least 18 years old
open to working swing schedule

Job Duties

greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems
observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity
conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment
maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns
adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures
communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors
responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks
perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors
