Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • current driver's license and auto insurance
  • ability to pass fair housing exam
  • ability to work weekends and overtime as job requires
  • relevant customer service experience
  • knowledge of property management software
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work independently without supervision

Job Qualifications

  • experience in customer experience
  • ability to pass fair housing exam
  • experience with Yardi software is a plus
  • relevant experience in customer service and resident engagement
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • experience with file audits
  • ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • knowledge of property operations software including Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD
  • current driver's license and auto insurance
  • ability to work weekends and overtime as required

Job Duties

  • greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to community
  • provide a personalized experience emphasizing care and convenience for residents
  • engage with residents fostering positive ongoing relationships and confirming expectations are fulfilled
  • respond to resident complaints and concerns professionally and timely
  • act as communication center sharing community happenings via portal and postings
  • plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities
  • identify and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service
