Job Requirements
- Must be literate and able to communicate in English
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a minimum of one years experience in a service-oriented job
- Must possess basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and e-mail
- Must be knowledgeable of surrounding area in order to recommend activities
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette

Job Duties
- Handle and assist guest requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner
- Frequently assist with transportation and show bookings
- Review daily events
- Answers phone calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
- Maintain an accurate log of all guest requests
- Maintain Business Center tasks
- Make reservations and book off-site activities such as jeep tours, ballooning, horseback riding, show tickets
- Perform all job-related duties as assigned
