Job Duties
- Receive hospital visitors and provide world class customer service via telephone and in person
- Ascertain needs of internal and external customers and direct them to appropriate hospital locations
- Maintain smooth transition of the lobby for procedures
- Respond to approved inquiries regarding patient information such as room number, telephone number, condition
- Refer other inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Maintain current register of all hospital patients
