Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Receive hospital visitors and provide world class customer service via telephone and in person
  • Ascertain needs of internal and external customers and direct them to appropriate hospital locations
  • Maintain smooth transition of the lobby for procedures
  • Respond to approved inquiries regarding patient information such as room number, telephone number, condition
  • Refer other inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain current register of all hospital patients
