Job Requirements

  • Possess at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of one year prior office experience preferred
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language
  • Successfully pass State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
  • Complete LIC 503 Health Screening Report
  • Willingness to complete state required training upon hire and annually

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year prior office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a senior living environment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with a compassionate approach

Job Duties

  • Communicate professionally with employees, residents, family members, responsible parties, outside providers, and community vendors
  • Greet visitors, announce their arrival, and offer refreshments
  • Answer the telephone and direct calls to the appropriate parties
  • Take messages when needed
  • Accept deliveries and coordinate with team members to deliver items
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager or Executive Director
  • Update community resident and employee lists
  • Conduct tours as needed
  • Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity
  • Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures
  • Complete state required training upon hire and annually
