Job Requirements
- Possess at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of one year prior office experience preferred
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language
- Successfully pass State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
- Complete LIC 503 Health Screening Report
- Willingness to complete state required training upon hire and annually
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year prior office experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a senior living environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with a compassionate approach
Job Duties
- Communicate professionally with employees, residents, family members, responsible parties, outside providers, and community vendors
- Greet visitors, announce their arrival, and offer refreshments
- Answer the telephone and direct calls to the appropriate parties
- Take messages when needed
- Accept deliveries and coordinate with team members to deliver items
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager or Executive Director
- Update community resident and employee lists
- Conduct tours as needed
- Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity
- Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures
- Complete state required training upon hire and annually
