- Receive and transfer phone calls
- greet and direct visitors
- schedule appointments
- coordinate reservations for guest suites
- submit maintenance work orders
- meter outgoing mail
- sort and distribute mail
- perform clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and record keeping
