Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- proficiency in handling multiple priorities

- good organizational and follow-up skills
- problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and take messages
- greet elders, families, visitors, and team members in person and on the phone
- assist leadership team with Life Enrichment, Marketing, and accounting tasks
- monitor entry area for visitors and guests ensuring it is neat, clean, and inviting
- receive and send packages for elders and assist with questions and concerns
- represent the community by role-modeling core values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun
- create a friendly, positive environment for all visitors
