Job Duties
- Receive and transfer phone calls
- Greet and direct visitors
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate reservations for guest suites
- Submit maintenance work orders
- Meter and distribute outgoing mail
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and record keeping
