Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Passion for serving seniors
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including Sunday through Wednesday 8am-6pm

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently including answering phones, directing requests, and providing information
  • Maintain accurate records and logs as required
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with residents, staff, and visitors
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met promptly
  • Uphold the company’s values of passion, caring, teamwork, accountability, and integrity
  • Provide support and assistance to enhance the overall resident experience
