Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB skin test all provided by Clarendale
  • availability to work weekend shifts from 3 pm to 8 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • ability to assist with additional shift coverage when needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • ability to work weekends from Friday through Sunday
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served appropriately
  • keep difficult situations from escalating
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents of delivery
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
