Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and engaging demeanor

- assist guests with arranging transportation, reservations, and other services as requested
- maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local area information
- coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience
