Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired
  • One year experience in hospitality or administrative assistant role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to work part-time day shifts totaling 12 hours
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Willingness to adhere to community values and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired
  • One year experience in hospitality or administrative assistant role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic clerical and phone handling skills

Job Duties

  • Assist residents with personal services in the Independent Living area as requested and directed by the Executive Director
  • Provide concierge and clerical support including answering phone calls
  • Greet visitors and residents and serve as the first point of contact
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer support daily
  • Promote person-centered care and recognize the individual needs of residents
  • Help create a home-like atmosphere within the community
  • Support the community's mission and values in all interactions
