Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Three months of related experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to make decisions independently when warranted
Maintain professional and positive demeanor
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt

Job Qualifications

Three months of related experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Highly proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful nature
Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
Answer telephone calls
Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and investigate any unusual activity to ensure safety
Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
Maintain sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
Assist other departments with administrative functions
Respond to resident, family, and employee concerns in a timely manner
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
