- previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Personalize guests' experience by greeting them in a professional, courteous and engaging manner
- engage every guest in conversation and recognition as well as resolve any guest issues immediately
- answer any guest inquiries regarding the city, events and attractions
- support other departments including Sales Front Office and Bellman/Van as needed
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing the proper uniform and name tag
- maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
- coordinate special events or special projects as assigned
- keep concierge lounge clean and re-stocked
- greet guests and assist them with food and drink options
- monitor food and beverage offerings and ensure it is well stocked and clean
- arrange transportation needs for guests
- respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hotel features, services and assistance
- be knowledgeable of daily functions, VIPs and special events occurring at the hotel
- provide information on the geographical area
- suggest site-seeing locations and arrange tours
- have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures
- handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner
- ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages as needed
- use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with employees
- attend meetings as required by management
- perform any other duties as requested by management
