Job Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move between areas for the duration of your shift
  • Able to respond quickly and calmly in occasional emergency situations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
  • Familiarity with senior living or healthcare environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, patient, and respectful with all residents, guests, and team members
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors with a smile and a helpful attitude
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with directing guests and handling deliveries or messages
  • Maintain the front desk and lobby area so it's clean, inviting, and organized
  • Help coordinate transportation, appointments, and resident requests as needed
  • Monitor building entry and maintain visitor logs for safety and security
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling assistance
