Job Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move between areas for the duration of your shift
- Able to respond quickly and calmly in occasional emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Familiarity with senior living or healthcare environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and respectful with all residents, guests, and team members
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with a smile and a helpful attitude
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Assist with directing guests and handling deliveries or messages
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area so it's clean, inviting, and organized
- Help coordinate transportation, appointments, and resident requests as needed
- Monitor building entry and maintain visitor logs for safety and security
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling assistance
