Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle telephone inquiries effectively, relaying calls to the appropriate departments
  • Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, ensuring the safety and security of residents and property
  • Maintain visitor logs, document concerns, and report issues to supervisors as needed
  • Receive and deliver packages and other items as requested
  • Maintain emergency contact information and assist during emergency situations
  • Perform various clerical duties as assigned
