Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant experience in customer service or senior living
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under direction
  • Passion for supporting seniors and providing compassionate care
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to senior residents
  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
  • Coordinate and facilitate community events and activities
  • Manage resident inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Display empathy and compassionate care in all interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and communication logs
  • Multitask effectively while taking direction on various tasks
